Quarantined!
Shocking, I know....but Aidan had herself a little visit to the vet yesterday. I brought her before I went to work, and Julie went and picked her up - fortunately, she did not have to spend the night! she got some kind of "bug" going around in the doggie world. So poor little Aidan has been spending the night in our bathroom until her shot and pills kick in and she's feeling better! Ugh, if it's not one thing...it's Aidan and vet bills!!!! :(

Productive day off...
I was off yesterday and we got some stuff done around here! We finally got a rack for the pantry door (well, it was too big, so I put it on the laundry door) It is AWESOME! There is way more room in the pantry now. I think we need to get another one. We also got some frosting spray and put it on our bedroom sliders...again - AWESOME! let there be light!! (hopefully without too much barking!!) :)

Funny stuff from the internets! : )

Comedy writer Ariane Sherine, 28, poses for pictures beside a London bus displaying an advertising campaign with the words: 'There's probably no God. Now stop worrying and enjoy your life," in London. Ariane Sherine objected to the Christian adverts on some London buses, which carried an Internet address warning that people who rejected God were condemned to spend eternity in "torment in hell".

And OMG! These things are AWESOME!!
What you may ask? Oreo balls. Yep. Oreo balls. OMFG they are soooooooo good! Jenny made them for Christmas, though they almost didn't make it because she came over Christmas eve with them! :) They are amazingly delicious! Everyone should make them - I don't know HOW we lived this long without ever having them!
Speaking of Christmas....
and those grody eggs...here's the Christmas 2008 spread we had. It was super dee-lish. Yummy fondue from Pappa Deaux..boiled shrimp, taco casserole/dip, cheese and crackers, lemon bars (YUM), Jenny's shrimp dip (YUM again)...oh and the nasty deviled eggs with crab...they did LOOK good though! :) I got sick on Christmas and I'm FINALLY almost better...today...13 fucking days later! UGH. :( So yeah, my Christmas post is rather late! :)
