Or PS2 if you're cool- but obviously Julie and I are DEFINITELY NOT COOL- as it is 2008 almost and we just got a video game console! AND the only reason we got it is because Jenny came for Thanksgiving and she came bearing gifts!! How cool is that!? So she got us a PS2, and Dance Dance Revolution or DDR as Jenny called it- see I told you we weren't cool. IT is totally fun, but MAN does it make you realize you age or fatness or BOTH! :) She got us some more games and an extra control while she was here too-believe it or not- there is a Game Stop in Crossett! So anyway, yesterday after Jenny left for home, we went to Game Stop and got some more games and we played that thing ALL DAY yesterday! It was a blast. TODAY, while most people at this particular time of year would be re-arrange their living room to put up a Christmas Tree, etc...WE were re-arranging OUR living room for OPTIMUM GAMING!!! Because, right now, really that's all that matters!! Last night the dogs kept tripping over the cords etc, and we wanted top be closer to the TV-the Atari Anthology game (SO FUCKING AWESOME) unfortunately, is WAY WAY too small. You would think that the people putting it together would have realized that the only people that would want to play Atari anything would be almost 40 , so perhaps they should have made the fucking graphics JUST a bit bigger! UGH. But, it's totally awesome. So I am going to go play that tiny ass Atari shit right now! :) And oh- who REALLY needs to open their FRONT door when they don't get mail delivered at the house and they have a BACK door that they ALWAYS use.......Cool! Looks like our Christmas Tree will be going in the space in front of our FRONT door- because after what we did today- there is no where else to put it!! :)

yeah, DDR is hard unless you're Willie!! He was getting As right off the bat, having never done it before! Jerkface! I'm just now getting Bs and Cs and poor Julie, when she started out, looked like she was going to fall over. But here comes Willie, no problem!
Oh, and another thing...
I now have to go buy a PS2 for myself. The DDR for PS2 is so much better than mine for the Wii. It has the real songs by the real singers! Not some elevator music version.
So, is this the "We hate Willie because he's more coordinated than the girls" thread??? LOL!!! Maybe the PS2 DDR is HARDER than the Wii?!?!? I THINK SO. :) (I felt like a total idiot the first time I played this at Jenn's when she was out of town. Puddy didn't know WHAT to think, and I was totally out of breath and thought that I sprained my ankle when I did the "One Two Step" song that only involved one foot.)
no really. that game is fucking hard as shit-agreed. I thought that I was going to have an HA(heart attack)at any given moment! Who needs a treadmill?! :) And I totally get the hardness levels. I think that the plunger Bunny thing is WAY easier on the Wii than the PS2, but the dancing thing is WAY easier on the PS2 than it is on the Wii- However, overall, I think (KNOW) that we are both VERY VERY glad that we don't have a Wii- as when we play games on the PS2 OUR happy (fat) asses are in our chairs w/ no STANDING involved!! :) :) Fuck that.

GTA is fun- you go around killing people and driving cars and wrecking them an stealing another one to replace the one you just wrecked- as far as actually GETTING anywhere and REALLY playing the game- we suck at it! :)
