So - since it was FREEZING yesterday (well, apparently it's real cold in Chicago, but I don't LIVE there, I live here!) we had a fire going all day long. It was kind of nice. We will probably do the same today, just haven't gotten that far yet!

It's a little bit warmer here today, and the rain is finished for a few days. I used to absolutely love cold weather, but ever since I became pregnant I have this intolerance to cold. I've even been running my heater, which is very unlike me. But I still prefer it to summertime, though!
totally! we just bitch because we try not to use the heater too much - $, and so then our OLD, NON CARPETED, NON INSULATED, house is COLD as shit when it gets cold! :)
