So yeah, today I went out to the Alley House (aka - serial killer barn) to change the outside light. It went out and we have a dusk timer on it, so if it's not on at night, I have to go see why (wow- that's a long explanation! ) So as I'm about to put my foot on the first step, I realize that they are all icy and was careful so I didn't break my back when I fell. Thank you! Falling would have SUCKED, and most likely HURT a lot! After I replaced the bulb and was on my way back down the steps I noticed the icicles. I thought- "Holy fuck! IT IS COLD!" Because when I went out there to do that I thought it was pretty cold and I wanted to change that fucking light pronto and get my ass back inside, specifically the living room, with the fire! :) And I KNOW it's way colder in other places, like, oh, say...CHICAGO, Houston, TN where Cyn lives, or even CO, where I grew up..., but I don't give a fuck. I live HERE, not in any of those places, and I think it's kinda chilly!! brrrr. :) :)

Is it just me or has the weather just been freaking weird this season? Hot/cold/hot/cold/wet/dry/cold/hot...etc!!!!
It's really cold here this afternoon, too. It started to drizzle on my way home, and I'm very excited to be inside with my heater on!
Totally! It's been like that here too. We have a tree in our front yard that's budding out, and there are dafodils(sp) coming up in the back...in JAN.! And now THIS! We didn't listen! :)

I know! Look at me staying up late! :) Actually, I closed last night so I didn't get home until after midnight, so I was up pretty late...about 3:30am! I tend to stay up a little bit later on the weekends for some reason. During the week I'm lucky if I make it until 8:30pm!
