Tonight we had Chicken Alfredo for din din. It was yummy. It was easy - I LOVE easy, especially when it's also good! It was perfect too, because I went to Monroe and saw Horton Hears A Who with my sister and nieceling. Sherry has some eye infection and couldn't really drive, so since it's Shannon's spring break, I was nice and drove them down there. :)

Yummy!! Was the movie good?
How was that alfredo sauce in the jar? Did you do anything to liven it up any? I've been craving something alfredo for about 2 months now and haven't wanted to make it at home because I didn't want to make it from scratch. I'm thinking that might be Easter Sunday dinner!!
I kinda want to bake a ham. Mmmmmm...ham, potato salad, baked beans.....yummy.....I'm hungry!
The movie was good, not great or anything. I think it was really only good to me because of Steve Carrell, Amy Pohler and Will Arnet!
The alfredo was totally yummy. I thinned it out with some evap milk and added garlic. It's a pretty basic sauce....cream, butter, cheese - so I don't think making it from scratch will make it super amazing or anything- I'd just get a jar! :)
I'm with you Tiffanie - I think we are going to have another Ham on Sunday! :) Yum. Ham. :)
Hey Sherry - want to give me ONE of the FIVE hams that dad bought!? :) :) :) :)
