We're in so much trouble...

Since this is like the 3rd time we've used it and we're already moving on to things like frying your own tortilla chips! But, OMG, the bag of white corn tortillas we got was HUGE. Who the fuck needs THAT many corn tortillas?! Anyway, I froze what we didn't use after making chicken enchiladas, and today we thawed some of them out, cut them up and fried those motherfuckers! Y.U.M.!! :) All because we had them and we knew we could! :) And, I made pecos casserole for dinner tonight and chips always go good with that! :)

The only reason I can think of that I would want one of those fryers is for donuts. And right about now, it is seeming like the most important thing in the world that I get a fryer and make some donuts. : ) Might have to look into this.

I don't use mine anymore. I hated having the whole apartment smell like grease. I don't think I could take it, especially now! The other night, I cooked tacos, and the smell of the meat made me spontaneously throw up.

Donuts. Yum! I think you should get one! You'll use it for way more than donuts! Just ask Tiffanie prior to this whole baby in her belly thing! :) I hate the grease smell too. But, so far, it's not been a problem. There's more cross flow to air in a house with windows/doors on four walls instead of usually only two in an apartment. Or it could be just not having a front and back door :( So Tiffanie, you see, all you need to do to renew your love affair with your deep fryer is move into a house! That's easy enough!! :) :) And OMG! I cannot WAIT until the next time we make tacos.....deep fried tortillas are pretty damn good according to my sister- and according to me they DO sound rather dee-lish!! :)

Mama said she had one at her house, but I just can't see me using it a lot. Last weekend we found her electric griddle. I'll probably try pancakes on that this weekend. I'm going to be doing some packing over there this weekend, so maybe I'll find more stuff from the appliance graveyard over there.
