Mascarpone cheese is evil....

So we had this mascarpone cheese left over from Christmas (yeah, screw you Giada! those deviled eggs were n.a.s.t.y.!!!) and well, as you can see, on a bagel with some butter and strawberry preserves...d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s.!!!! :) :) :) Something tells me we'll get more of this in the future! :)
